After 2 months of working on a new song, I finally got it to the finish line. I am nervous but extremely excited to present my new song, “Don’t Give Up,” available for preview on SoundCloud.
This song has lyrics that were taken from a time in my life when I was learning to set boundaries for the first time. All of my music to date has come from writings, poems, and short stories I wrote during some of my darkest days. This song is the second one that I crafted from the ground up. Personal lyrics, personal beat (using Soundtrap by Spotify), and Amuse will be helping me publish this song and many more new songs to Spotify and Apple Music on August 6, 2021.
I am overjoyed to have the time, the excitement, and the blessings to be able to share my love of music with all of you. I know my music is still far from high quality, but I am learning more and more every day and have so many awesome things to share.
Thank you to all my friends and family who have supported my journey and believed in me as I started out making noises I wouldn’t share with myself. I am grateful to share this one, and I am hopeful that someone will feel connected to it.
